4. Billing & Payment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incybit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay fees when due.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
